  1. Yeah. There are many good amps out there. You may want to go with a used amp if you're on a budget. Best to try out a bunch with your guitar and see what you like. BTW. Pics of the guitar?
  2. I like the look of the new knobs and the pickguard. I may have to get one of those 5 ply guards for my alpine white studio. Did it come with the gold TRC? I'm not sure how I feel about that.

  6. True story. I made sure when i got my G-400 that it came out of the box in front of me. Not that it matters now since i've done a good job dinging it up, but at least i know I was the one to do it.
  7. Yea, does anyone have an output graph of the epiphone pickups. I know i've seen one for gibson pickups.
  8. I'll throw in $10,000 for good measure. :)
  9. Depends what you like. Have you had a chance to try out a few Standards or Traditionals? I know the new Traditionals are not weight relieved and will be a little heavier. So if you want a heavier guitar, then the Traditional may be for you. My advice is to try a bunch of different guitars, go to a bunch of different shops until you find the one you like.
  10. listening to Opie and Anthony

  12. Working on the day after the 4th of July....

  13. i know this is an old thread, but the OP takes his guitar to the luthier to change his strings? How do you play a LP and not know how to change strings. Secondly, the strings are probably not broken in. When i change strings i stretch the **** out of the strings until they stop going out of tune when i stretch them.
