Blueblooded
Just set up a Photobucket account and am trying to post using it. Thought I'd kick it off with a pic of some USA built gear. Shown are: 2006 Vegas High Roller, 2012 US Standard Strat, 2011 Midtown Custom, Mesa 5:50, Fender Super Sonic cab (w/Celestion V30's from England). Please pretend you don't see the little Crate practice amp in the photo...ok? :)

moparguy
It's a Searcy Black Rhino from about 2006. You made it? Was it a Les Paulish guitar or did you fabricate the body. It look pretty dam cool
Searcy
Yes, I built this one. It's an all poplar neck through guitar with a hollow body and rose wood fingerboard, neodymium powered humbuckers, 6 way VariTone and an onboard clean boost. Here's a shot of the inside of the body wings. It was modeled after my basses. I gave up on building guitars because guitar players are ultra conservative and only want Fender and Gibson copies. I can;t be bothered with that. :)
