Two questions about the Dwight Trash Elitist Casino

Q1] Does it have nitro or poly finish? Can't find that info anywhere.

Q2] The s/n is T118769. Is it a 2011 model?

The serial number should make it a 2011.

Since it's inception, the Elitist series has always had a poly finish.

I would imagine this holds true with the Dwight Casino.

Terada used a nitro finish for the bodies of the Assembled in USA (AIUSA) series,

which included two versions of Lennon Casinos & John Lee Hooker Sheratons.

Btw, congrats on the new guitar!

please, tell us what you think about the guitar. i've not read a personal account of one here, as far as i can recall. while i can't abide the dice, i do think they are pretty neat. love the finishes, which is one of my larger gripes with the other mij epis- stock, boring colors. been sweet on wine red for a long, long time.

I went away the day it came so I have not had time to use it yet; just got home last night. I hope to get time later this week. Work gets in the way.
