They steal someone's ebay ID, then post stolen pics, always with a jpeg ststing it can be "bought now" for some crazy low price by sending payment to an email address. It's a pure scam and a pretty poor one at that. This is the first time I've seen 'buy it nows' though. Some Nigerian doesn't quite know how ebay works. I see these listings all the time, where the bid/buyout is little or nothing, but the seller lists an actual price in the description, and just cancels and reposts it again. don't see why they do this. maybe just to get people to click it...
