iankinzel
Try the Epiphone Wilshire - at least the Worn '66 model with the mini humbuckers. Slimmest neck I've ever played. I don't have the specs on the neck profile, so I'd have to compare it to my Gibson SG, which is .80" at the 1st fret and .88" at the 12th fret. The Wilshire neck can't be but .75" at its thickest point. http://www.epiphone.com/Products/Designer/Wilshire-with-Tremotone.aspx

Vinlander
Sheraton II neck is pretty slim......... Not sure it applies to all Sheraton II, mine is a 2004 from Saein (Korea) and it has a beefy neck compared to my Emperor Joe Pass, my Emperor Regent and even my Gibson Les Paul Standard. iankinzel
I've played several Sheraton IIs before; they're about the same as my Gibson SG for neck thickness. My '66 Worn Wilshire is noticeably slimmer. The closest I've seen is on the MIC/MIK Casinos, and even those are still a little thicker.
Scott Marlowe
Front to back or side to side? Front to back the 60s slim taper on the SGs is quite thin. Side to side they tend to all be the 1.68" etc size. Gibson makes an Angus Young model SG with a narrower neck. I actually wish the neck on my SG was a tad wider, but still just as thin front to back...
dReit1
Have a look at the Nighthawk RI. Mine has the thinnest neck, front to back, of any I've seen in quite a while.
