Blujag2013 Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 Does anybody know where I can get a black washer for my pick up switch and what is a good switch to replace my wobbly one. It is a MIC Casino. It is lovely to play but an off centre washer bugs me. Also how do I loosen without damaging the finish ? Be grateful for anyone's wisdom. Thanks
Blujag2013 Posted September 29, 2014 Author Posted September 29, 2014 Forgot to say I am from the UK.

Thanks Don't know if Stewmac ships to the UK, but here's a source for the washer: http://www.stewmac.com/SiteSearch/toggle%20switch%20washer.html As for replacing the switch, I'd look at Switchcraft. Others here may be of more help.
flyingarmadillo Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 You can usually find the washers on Ebay. I second the Switchcraft suggestion - that's what Epiphone specs for the Elitist Casinos.
Blujag2013 Posted September 29, 2014 Author Posted September 29, 2014 Thanks to you both. I will look at those. I got my gold grover tuners from stew mac so here's hoping !
Blujag2013 Posted September 29, 2014 Author Posted September 29, 2014 I've looked on Amazon Uk but not sure which size toggle switch fits a Casino. Will give it to my local guitar tech but want to give him the switch at same time or I'll be waiting too long !!!

clarkuss Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 I'd go with the grommet in CB's link above. Better than rubber washer's for authenticity as the originals were plastic. Switchcraft switch is a good standard replacement
