John A Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 Hi there, My name is John and I'm new here. I have a '69 Gibson Blue Ridge, which I've had since '83. Over the years, I've also owned a LP Studio DC and an SG, though am currently electric-gibbie-less. John

6stringTom Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 Welcome, John. Nice looking guitar. I see the infamous ceramic adjustable saddle. I have one too, on a 65 epi cortez. You'll find lots of people here who know more than I do about Gibson's. It's a good place to learn and have a bit of fun doing it. What kinds of music do you play?

The original saddle was rosewood, but I recently replaced it with tusq. I play mostly blues and jazz. John
