He always came across as a truly humble, gracious person. I've known people who met him in person and they said he really was like that. His Family Style album with Jimmy was very good also. I was always surprised it got so little attention when it was released shortly after his death. Brytam Posted February 22, 2016 Share Posted February 22, 2016 Definitely my "guitar hero"! Amazing testimony of getting cleaned up + the willpower & honesty to admit his weaknesses. Sad he was taken from us so young. Would have loved to have heard more of his music to the present day. Impressive he rose above his problems + kept his humility throughout his career.
