Texsunburst59
I've been on the lookout for a Gibson LP Custom for a VERY long time. I just hadn't found one for the amount of money I wanted to pay. Anyway I'd heard of the Elite/Elitist Epiphone guitars when they 1st came out. I'd always read that they were amazing guitars for the money. These guitars have always been on my radar, but I just never ran into one in person to try. Well today I did my pawnshop rounds and found this in almost mint condition Elite on the rack. I did a quick price check on my phone and found they had it priced less than a 1/3 of the going market rate. I tried it out and the pickups sounded REALLY good. The neck was also amazing and perfect for my hand. I took it up and haggled a little and got them to drop only $50 dollars. I would have taken it if they had refused to drop the price at all. Not sure if this rivals a real Gibson LP Custom, but it sounds and plays amazingly well. Here's some pics.

Texsunburst59
WwowW! Sounds like you stole it! Smartly done! Gorgeous piece! Yea, I think $324.75 is a pretty good price for this guitar. I really lucked out that they thought it was a regular Epi LP Custom.

Texsunburst59
Holy #@%& !!!! I gotta start stopping in some local pawn shops! I think that there's always great deals at pawnshops. Every once in a while one gets by them. You just have to frequent them on a regular basis to be there when the great deal comes out.
