BluesKing777
So after recording my other 'unplugged Maton' tune, I recorded quite a few more 'unpluggeds' yesterday, one take with mic for vocal and guitar...but the guitars I used came out too loud. But this morning I dragged out the old 1944 Martin 0-17 to do a demo track for a guy on another forum and I played my version of Robert Johnson's "Phonograph Blues", which I play a lot of the neck. I like it.....here it is if you want to hear it: BluesKing777.
kelly campbell
I agree they are easy to love, I currently own three but have sold 2 others. They make a fine guitar. Sounds great as usual BBK. Sweet little Martin there.
BluesKing777
Thanks for the replies! Love, tone, love and tone.....and the little 0-17 is a very quiet guitar in real life, great to break out late at night! BluesKing777.
uncle fester
This thread get's me every time (I think deep down inside - you're really a marketing genius) for what ever reason my mind sees the title as 'pornographic blues' - and I click on it before it registers what it really is. Anyways, nice clip - not pornographic though.
