mbberry
Anyone have any info? Can’t find anything anywhere. No pics, no specs, no pics. I’m sure it’ll be out soon but I love ES models and I’m impatient lol
mihcmac
Gibson has thinned out the Epiphone product line quite a bit. Surviving Epiphone product line...
mbberry
Surely this isn’t what they mean by “revamped ES line”. If it is though it would explain why it was left out of the promo shots. Not exactly “Inspired By Gibson” with the old headstock shape, black nut, epiphone shaped pickguard, and no neck binding. Disappointing to say the least
mbberry
Unless I’m missing something the only Casino available now is the Coupe. Surely their keeping something close to the vest here. I can’t imagine they’d turn their back on arguably the most famous of all Epiphone models
mbberry
I realise I’m talking to myself but anyway.. so disappointing

Wow, your right, they’ve pared the line way down. My Swingster is no more. Probably too many models not selling.

mbberry
Obviously my wife (and our bank account) isn’t as disappointed as me but I was really looking forward to a ES-335 more in line with Gibson
Lord Summerisle
Is that new Epi Firebird a through neck?

Their current Firebird looks like a nechthrough, but they don't say it... But they do say... The Epiphone Firebird from the Inspired by Gibson Collection recreates the classic Firebird as it was first produced in 1963. not bad for $599..... ES335Pro
I noticed the thinning of the herd January 1st when I went to go drool over their Casino and it was nowhere to be found. After watching the videos and reading info on the site I found some awesome news. Epiphone will have two Made in America guitars, the Texan and the Casino! A made in America Casino! I'm saving for it now. David

Carl Brammer
I emailed epiphone to ask about this exact topic and they replied with this exact email: Actually, we are expecting for the coming weeks the Epiphone Inspired by Gibson ( Original ES collection ) Dot ES-335 in Cherry and Vintage Sunburst finish. Please contact any of our authorized dealers in your country and place an order for the product codes: ETDTCHCH1 Cherry finish ETDTVSCH1 Vintage Sunburst ( expected for June ). Very exciting if they're anything like the new Les Paul's.

Red 333
The Dot and Dot Deluxe are back on the website, as is the regular-priced Casino.

The Archtops all seem to have their original Headstocks and the Wildkat has returned with its original Headstock, which is the same as the Gibson Inspired Headstock..
