Of course in those days you were expected to lie still and do nothing for weeks. Now they say 'light use'. Take care of yourself meanwhile. I have an appointment on Wednesday afternoon to see a Doctor at the Spine and Neuro Center here in town. Hoping for some spinal decompression therapy.
