KyleOz94
I found this Les Paul in Japan but I’m having trouble identifying the year made, or if it’s a forgery (pretty common here in Asia). Can anyone help me out? The serial number stamped in the back reads “00400456.” I tried uploading a pictures but I keep receiving error messages. Thanks in advance! Twang Gang
Without some pictures we don't have much chance of helping you. Download photos to a photo sharing sight (Imgr) and then you can easily put them on here.
kidblast
you need to host photos from another site. IMGR or you can also use your facebook account for example.
AndersonsGuitar
Yeah really hard to say without seeing it - if you have doubts always go and see the guitar in person first. Check things like the pots (they should say Gibson unless they’ve been changed), or check the pickups. If the headstock is one piece of wood it is a fake, a genuine Gibson will have the “wings” glued on. There are a few videos online demonstrating how to determine a fake, not sure if they would help ?
