djroge1
Grind it every day for a pot. I buy from some local roasters - Peaberry coffee although I have been known to buy coffee from Caribou coffee.
The Mick
Peaberry was good The village Roaster in Lakewood is the best out there. I'm not so lucky out here in NC on Fridays Port City Java delivers fresh roasted beans from Wilmington. If I run out during the week

If I run out during the week I'll have to check them out. there is a new place in Highlands Ranch called enchanted grounds where they grind and brew each cup per order. The also have open mic night once a month and host a bunch of gaming events.
