Yeah, Gibson is the king of the teardrop burst, though Guild nails one once in a while.  Too often Guilds are "around the edge" burst, which is a distant second to a teardrop.  This JF30-12 out of Corona is one of the good ones....

That guitar is stunning.  If it sounds and plays as half as good as it looks, you've found a keeper.  I love the look and smooth feel of ebony fingerboards.  That one really pops with those contrasting parallelograms.  Enjoy!
