deepblue Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 Im a closet Nova fan as well. I know hes a studio wiz and was always fond of the Gibson/Marshall sound. Now, this may be a stretch but my ex/gf was a neighbour of his in Montreal. They still exchange greetings from time to time. Ill ask her to ask him that exact question and see what he says. saturn Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 I loved his album tone also, but saw him live twice and thought the sound was terrible. It wasn't so much him and the band that sucked, just the sound system was all muddied and distorted both times.
