nikko18
Go for 5 and see what happens? Hahaha I am working on going longer. At the moment though after two minutes and 35 seconds I can't physically stop my self from taking a breath, it's not just a mental thing any more. It's my body going into robot mode and making me take a breath. the 30 seconds before that I am practically out of air but I can stop myself from taking a breath even though it's really uncomfortable. It's mind over matter then.
