There's a 59 Reissue in my future!

Gonna try one out, I may buy it.

 

Its used but so what?

 

But, if I do get it, then I will use it only for slide..

 

I'll raise the action and use my Les Paul Studio for slide

 

It looks just like Jimmy Pages own!

had a headstock break, poorly fixed and a sanded down neck....

Only buy one if you played it in rl.

 

Yea, I know, I wanted one, I thought it would make a cool slide guitar, and JP used it in Kashmir..

But then, obviously those and these are worlds apart in terms of differences.

Those 59 Reissue Danos are actually a very nice and underrated guitar. I played one not too long ago and would have walked out the door with it, had it not been that hideous salmon color. A black/white would be very cool, too bad about the broken neck. But whats the story with slide only?

Oh, well, I figured it would look cool, as a slide guitar, and I know for a slide guitar its better to have a higher action, so I would have adjusted the action to be higher.

 

If I left it as a regular use guitar, I would have the action as low as possible without buzz.
