rocketman
...and was blown away!! Even at his age he put on an intense show. He was hysterical too and really enjoyed playing. Buddy mentioned how sad it was that you can't hear the Blues on the radio anymore. I asked my class of college Seniors if they knew who he was. To my dismay not one of them heard of him! Anyhow, he put on a great show. Here's a picture: The good wife got me an autographed strap too:
Murph
Cool deal. I saw Roy Clark a few months ago. It's always a hoot watching a living legend play. They do it with a style and grace that is rarely seen these days. And class. Good on ya. Nice strap, too.
BIGBENDS
Buddy is cool. He usually plays a bit of Hendrix and a couple other guys tunes too. Good show. Glad you enjoyed it too.
NeoConMan
Saw him in 2007, the straps were sold out - dammit! It was his guitars that made me decide to build this; He was using a Tele Deluxe with the Wide-Range humbuckers on a few songs - cool snarl. I bought a set and put 'em in this Strat body. Excellent show - he's in his seventies! Did he do a lot of story-telling during the set?
