Samuel232
Does anyone here on the forum own this guitar? If so, what's it like to play? How does it sound? Also, is the Pelham blue finish that it comes in available to any Gibson guitar? vincentw
The Custom Shop, particularly the Memphis factory where the ES models are built, is using Pelham Blue as a finish and can probably be requested as a Custom finish if you want it. I don't recall it showing up as a finish on any recent Gibson USA models, however.

Beaver Creek
<========== I have one and have no complaints. Fit and finish were excellent, and it plays perfectly. I don't have the Pelham Blue, though. Lee

iddude
Samuel 232, In 2007 Gibson Custom Shop made 44 Gibson ES-335's in Pelham Blue with Diamond holes(as in the DG model) with dots on the fretboard. Doesn't have the Explorer type peghead. I have one and really like it. Hope the info helps.
Bigsbyman
I've got two in Pelham Blue, and hope to pick up a third one today. They are amazing guitars. I absolutely love the fit, feel, and sound of them. I've got number 079 still in the box it was shipped in. It's for sale too. NOS, in the factory box. $3500. Shoot me a note if anyone is interested.
