pippy Posted May 27, 2010 Share Posted May 27, 2010 It does look to be all original but the wear on the p-up covers seems out of proportion to the condition of the rest of the instrument. The 'board only looks like rosewood because of the close proximity of the camera's flash - it's partly 'bleaching-out' the ebony. The price, on the other hand, seems far too steep. The last one I saw here in London (a '59 3-pup on Tuesday) was £29,995 (about $43,200 at today's exchange rate). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
