when my friends and I (naively) thought they were "British" guitars!

When I was young and heard the stories of the Beatles in Hamburg I thought the Ricks must be German. How surprised I was to find they were made in the good ole USA. :-

I thought they were English made also. I'm not old but I first saw pictures of the Beatles playing them all the time and just assumed they were English guitars.

I always just keep going on and on about how I prefer narrow necks. I've also noticed that Ricks typically seem to have pretty narrow and thin necks. I like! I've probably only played about 10-15 all in all. I haven't met one I didn't like. I would love to own a few. Of course I would have to have at least one semi in 6 and 12 string configurations and a solid body.

Maybe I can just be a rock star. I'm still 17. I can do it right? LOL.

I've always thought Ricks are just my style. I've got some GAS.
