Whats with the gibby headstock and tuners on the ligher?

I knew it' date=' it's a forgery!!! And the flames are backwards as well!!!

And the wierd pups on the flamekat?

I bought the Flamekat stripped of all parts. The previous owner had rerouted it for Gretsch Filtertrons, so the routes were too big for minibuckers. I was looking for something with a Danelectro type tone, so I opted for GFS lipstick tube 'buckers.

By the way' date=' has anyone else noticed that Gibson ES-335 pickguards cutouts don't conform to the shape of the pickups?[/quote']

Do you use the 335 shape pickguard on the Sheraton II?

A 335 PG will not fit an Epi... The spacing is different as are the corners of the pickup rings... And' date=' though he's probably loathe to mention it, our very own TWANG can make a swell 335 style PG.. He made one for my Dot..

Also, the Epiphone 'E' is stuck on the pickguard with wax, or something... You just have to rub the PG with a dry cloth to remove the residue..
