Hey nice Gold top. I've got one in layaway. In fact I made another payment on it today. One step closer to bringer her home. Just out of curiosity, what year was yours made in? Mine is a 2007.

My GT is a 2004. I'm actually selling it on Toronto Craigslist. I love it but told myself I would sell it to fund the Riviera. The P90s by Epiphone are fabulous, in my opinion. I'm not a fan of their humbuckers, but their single coils are great.

How do you like that Valensi Riviera?

CB

It's the nicest guitar I've owned. I sold a Ric 330 last year, which was a beautiful guitar. I like this one much more. The Ric just didn't have the musicality to it I was looking for. It had no sustain. However I missed the semi-hollow body so now I'm happy.

Nice guitars Harpboy. What differentiates the Valensi model from a regular Riviera?

Thanks' date='[/quote']

It comes with Gibson P94 pickups (HB sized P90s) and a black pickguard; these are the only differences I'm aware of. I like a full sized semi-hollow body, but love P90s, so it was the perfect set up.
