There was a port out the front. Many different makers. We normally to call it The Wall, you put your amp up against it and the sound kinda bounces forwards. There's only a port out front if it's a seaside gig. If the the sound needs to project further, you can use The Chair™, the best sort have special uneven legs so they really rock'n'roll.
