Gilliangirl
Welcome to the forum! I don't have one so can't really respond but I did play one in Bozeman June 2007 and it was very very nice. I think Guitarstrummer's daughter might have one so hopefully he'll be along soon. Bump to the top.
Guest
There were two iterations of the L-200 Emmylou, the latter having been introduced a year or two ago, and essentially (IIRC) sharing the shape of the CJ-165. My own bias is towards the earlier version of the L-200, of which I have liked every example I've played. The CJ-165 version I have not had a chance to play yet, but the CJ-165 in maple has not turned my crank as much as the L-200. That's my two cents' worth. Thermionik
If Emmylou's name is on it..... .....it must be all right. You can keep ol' poo-hand Crow - I'll go for Emmylou EVERY time.
guitarstrummer
My daughter has the J200M, which I believe might be the earlier version and the one that GG played at the 2007 Homecoming. It's a great sounding guitar and looks good too (just like Emmylou).
