ES-225T with trap inlays?

That's very cool. Definitely looks like a 175 (or 345) neck withe double trapezoids - but the plain headstock veneer doesn't have the little flower thingy that those guitars have. Maybe it's a 175 or 345 neck with the 225 headstock veneer.

Under-appreciated guitar. I sold one a few years ago and really regret it now.

Enjoy it, man!

I'm suprised Gibby lounge folks didn't answer........I don't remember seeing your thread there.....

I wouldn't know the answer, but, it's a beautiful guitar..........[thumbup] [thumbup] [thumbup] ...........

I've never seen and ES-225T with trapezoid neck inlays until now, and I can't find any pics to match,

so I'm wondering if this is a 175 neck on a 225T body:

Doesn't mean it couldn't happen, BUT all the pics I'm looking at show the ES-225T

with DOTS...

very interesting! there was a later version called the 255tdn that had 2 pickups and split parallelogram inlays? pehaps it has the neck from one of those?

Interesting, I never heard of that model. The only link I could find is this one which is actually a typo: http://home.provide....~cfh/es225.html

Yep, same pics I got. I used to have an ES-225T, so I know a little about these guits. I think this one has been cannibalized.
