Silenced Fred
My mom had me cook some up, her and my sister love the stuff. Cooked it up on the griddle with a little bit of sesame oil and some soy sauce and it was actually pretty good However, I feel like I have to eat like three steaks to make up for it though

Silenced Fred
Never had it, my Japanese friends love it though. Its all about how you cook it though. Too often, they don't cook it enough and its all soggy and nasty. Gotta cook it up right, and then its not bad
Dub-T-123
I can dig on some tofu. I don't get why people always seem to think it's gross. I like it in fried rice.

stein
Tofu is good when it is made to taste like tofu. But when you try and use it for a substitute for MEAT, and make it taste like meat, it ain't really tofu anymore, and is quite nasty. I think organic means only using 3 ingredients, and 2 of them are salt and pepper, and one is a dead animal. It doesn't get more natural than that. retrosurfer1959
Tofu is dried cow snot! mixxed with the white styrofoam noodles they use for packing. Where else could that slimy feel come from
kaleb
When I think of tofo I think of Everybody Loves Raymond when Marie cooks the tofo turkey for Thanksgiving. Classic, especially Robert.
