swleary
Ok took the MA50C back...picked up a JMD 501....now this amp has got some serious tone happening. No hum in the tubes either lol. I'm very happy with it :)Took the chorus and delay pedals back. Difference of $2.00 so I'm pleased with that as well.

Shnate McDuanus
Hey man, nice new amp. I hope it's everything you want it to be. Also, the Boss MD-2 isn't a bad pedal. It just needs to be dialed in right. I got a spot-on Effigy of the Forgotten (Suffocation) rhythm tone with that very pedal and a JC120. The only issue with it (like most Boss pedals) is that it can get really fizzy. Of course, if you're the guitarist from Entombed or At the Gates, buzzsaw-iness is a must. Just goes to show, there's a place for every sort of tone.
swleary
I may use the boss for a little boost but that's really about it. The amp can really get the distortion I want right now but cleans up pretty nice. So far so good, need more time though to really fiddle with it lol... IMO I love boss pedals, always have. They work for me.The Mega distortion, I find is really easy to dial in :)
