Duende
this is a 'jus sayin' post... Anyway, I was teaching an adult today, who is a really nice guy and a good laugh. The pieces we are doing at the moment have standard notation at the top and the tab underneath the music. Both of us, no matter how hard we tried to avert our eyes from what we were meant to be looking at (the music), kept dropping our gazed downwards towards the easier on the eye tab. I said bloody hell!! What does this remind you of? You try so hard to maintain level eye contact, but the temptation to look down (read the tab!) is just too much LMAO. Being a male is fraught with difficulties!! Even eye contact Matt
j45nick
The funny thing is, I started out playing the piano before playing the guitar. For some reason, I always see keyboard music in standard notation, but guitar in tab. Can't get past it. The mind is a odd body part, that's for sure. Ah, yes...... body parts.
