Jasontsuji
Hi everyone, I'm new to the board...just wondering if 1000 dollars is a good price for a 1967 J45 that has no playing issues, and average cosmetic ones.

Space Pup
You could use the internet to compare others and see if that's a fair price. I've always used the old saying, "Is it worth that much to me?" as my buying guide line.
Guest
A thousand dollars for a 1967 J-45 ? With no playing issues and average cosmetics? That is an EXCELLENT price!! Here's a '67 J-50 (same guitar, no makeup) advertised at about $1600: Fred
jefleppard
there was a well-worn but stable SB '68 w/adj in a shop here that sold for 2000. 1K sounds awesome if in good shape.

Just look out for 2 things: bellying and make sure the narrow nut is not a bother to you. If it has bellying, it could be the sign of possibly having to put in $$ for a new bridge, backplate, braces or even a neck reset. (Lessons learned personally).
