J.R.M.30! Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 Well another attempt at the Triple Crown went ary, when I'll Have Another forfeited it's chance, siting tendon problems. The elusive title will have to wait till next year. Winning the Kentucky Derby, Preakness and Belmont Stakes in one year is very very very hard to do as the last one was in '78. I'd put it up there with a hole in one as hardest things to do in sports, although you're dealing with an undomesicated animal which adds a new twist to things. An inside the park HR is probably extremely difficult in collegiate or higher level baseball but I had two in one game in high school.
