GibSinCity
You can cure your SG and Goldtop GAS with this one. Just somethin' about it... http://davesguitar.com/products/gibson-custom-shop/sgles-paul-custom-3/
Pin
Yep, two pick up SG Custom is the cream machine. I would prefer a standard non-paint mahogany body though.
Tim Plains
Too much gold, I think. I'll happily stick with my Pelham Blue.
GibSinCity
Oh yeah. That color is definitely sweet on an SG. http://davesguitar.com/products/gibson-custom-shop/sgles-paul-standard-3/
SafetyJ
I love the Bullion Gold but, I think it would look better with a black pick guard and the Les Paul thing above the neck pickup in black like the truss rod cover.
GibSinCity
Yeah. A black guard would definitely give it more of an SG look. White guard on goldtop is more Les Paul.
JM2112
I'm really liking some of the newer burst finishes they're putting on the SG's like the the vintage sunburst and silver burst. Typically I favor the solid color finishes, especially ones that you can see the wood grain through, but some these burst finishes are causing GAS to build up.
