jt
Hello, all. Here's Lauren Sheehan at a concert I hosted last weekend. She's playing a1943 SJ and performing "So Sweet,"a cut form the CD companion to my book. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWOO2NaZ8l0&feature=youtube_gdata_player

duluthdan
Fabulous, simply fabulous. Ok, geeky question... are the bridge pins black?
jt
Thanks, gents! Nearly done with the project. Book is with the graphic designer. Cd is mixed. I now need to get to my engineer the audio clips of the women who built the guitars (most of whom have now died) which we'll use to introduce the songs. Then, I send the CD out for mastering. Yep, Dan, those pins are black.
zombywoof
Lawdy JT, I enjoyed that. Many, many thanks. I have never bought a book about guitars but I keep checking the website hoping maybe yours got done just a bit earlier than predicted.
E-minor7
Sweet playing too - If I was you, I would follow those mixes through the mastering process or get one test-example back before giving green light - anything can happen there. I chose the best studio available and the best engineer/co-producer possible (he did the engineering for the score for the recent hit film, Looper). The gent doing the mastering is a luminary in the field.
