zombywoof
in a good way or bad way woof ?? Let's say interesting. The guy, of course, was a musical chameleon fueled at times by large doses of chemicals. First time I saw him he was still pretty much in his folk rock phase so I spent the evening listening to Morning Glory, Once I Was, and so on. But after that you never knew what you were going to get. You might get a half hour improvised vocal foray into yodeling and wailing backed by a trumpet and gongs. Then all of a sudden he would break into just a gorgeous version of Pleasant Street or Blue Melody.
iwalktheline
Check this out, Its his son Jeff playing this song at a tribute concert. I love this version also, really cool he did this song. I forgot about this when this thread was started but for some reason it popped in my head at work today.
