CoreyT
Read about this in Guitar Player yesternight, and I will be picking it up from Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Fca-35-Tour-Evening-Frampton/dp/B009DT98RK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1361882141&sr=8-1&keywords=frampton+comes+alive+35th+anniversary From reading the article in the magazine, Peter had a great time doing the tour and getting the videos and music out to his fans. It was just him and the bassist from the original band, and new players. He also does some songs from when he was with Humble Pie which are on the video discs and CDs/MP3s. Anyone else have the Blu-ray or DVD? If so, how did you like it? I remember when the original FCA came out in '76, played the crap out of it. I think I had it n 8 Track :D They have a 3 CD set too you can buy, but I will be getting the MP3s instead from here. Not sure if you can see this if you are not logged into Amazon or a Prime Member. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_0_3?url=search-alias%3Ddigital-music&field-keywords=fca+35&sprefix=FCA%2Cdigital-music%2C415 Once I get the MP3s, it will update my Kindle Fire, my Droid Bionic, and Amazon will import them into iTunes on my PC and laptop. LarryUK
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0aJTWwVGHw I saw him on the original tour and this tour. He was really good. I had good seats too. I filmed the above vid. As you can tell,it was a great sound too. Unlike most bands now.You could hear everything. One thing that surprised me was, he kept going to the side of the stage and taking a tablet. I don't know if he has a health condition, but it didn't affect the performance. kaleb
Featuring Mr. John Regan (ex-Frehley's Comet, David Lee Roth. Session ace as well) on the bass guitar! Peter is one of the best IMO. Great tones, great person.
cookieman15061
He is definitely one of rocks good guys. I worked security for one of his shows years ago and he was the nicest most humble guy you'd ever meet. Great player too.
