CoreyT
I picked up Cream's greatest hits MP3s last weekend from Amazon, and was just surfin' YouTube, and ran across some vids from 2005. Two of my favorite Cream songs are Sunshine Of Your Love, and White Room.

charlie brown
As much as I loved this "Reunion" gig (and, I DID, a LOT!!!!), I just wish Eric would have used his Gibson's, and Marshall amps! I like a lot of his "Strat" work, but "Cream" stuff, screams for Gibby's and a Marshall amp, tone...IMHO! So, that was my only real "carp!" CoreyT
I agree, he should have used the SG for the old Cream songs.
charlie brown
Yeah, his SG, Firebird, Les Paul, or ES-335, into a Marshall...anything, but a "Strat" and Tweed Twin, for the "Cream" era stuff. The Strat/Tweed Twin combo, just sounds to "Thin" to me...for their music. I do like/love it, for a lot of his other work, past and modern, but...not for "Cream!" But, maybe that's just "me/us?" rct
But, maybe that's just "me/us?" naaahhh. I love the guy dearly, but wouldn't give him 5 minutes of listening since, hmmm...well, Bad Love, sometime before that I guess. Sounds awful. All the stuff up to around Money and Cigarettes'll do me fine. rct
