darling67
I'm kicking myself because I could have test driven one of those Les Paul Custom Specials at a company "new products" expo last week… but I didn't see the Gibson booth (!), which for some strange reason was not located in the main showroom! darling67
I know we've got all the retailers' sites and all... But I really wish Gibson would add their 2017 lineup to their site, already! I'd like to check out these new models a little more in-depth.
Dub-T-123
These videos make me wonder.. The dude raves about how they sound "GREAT" and then feebly strums a couple dull sounding chords. How can you even tell how it sounds with this "testing"? Makes me wonder how many online reviewers have this weird concept of "SOUNDS GREAT"

The dude raves about how they sound "GREAT" and then feebly strums a couple dull sounding chords. How can you even tell how it sounds with this "testing"? Makes me wonder how many online reviewers have this weird concept of "SOUNDS GREAT" Indeed! You have to mix it up a little bit. With and without drive, chords and lead stuff, etc.
10K-DB
Neat looking axes,,although I never really take these online tests to serious,,Ill play one at a local shop,,w/my own amp I use. Thats really the only way I know for sure what it sounds like. It would also be nice if the online "testers" would tune the gtrs before vids.
