Mafy31
Greetings, I've had this problem for a while, i can't access www.gibson.com This URL changes in my browsers (all of them, IE, Chrome, Firefox...) when i try to open it and becomes gibson.com:443 It says it is impossible to find the DNS of the server... When i ping gibson.com it returns nothing but it tries to connect to : gibson001-2060603050.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com [54.235.88.143] Any clue what is going on ? I can access the forums instead, and access gibson.com on my smartphone... thanks :)

I even registered here to ask this question. Thanks very much, the problem doesnt seem to come from my PC then... Strange though that i can access from my phone. Megafrog
It sounds like you may have malware or need to purge your cache/cookies/browsing history.
Mafy31
It sounds like you may have malware or need to purge your cache/cookies/browsing history. I have win10 rather fresh install, and can't find anything suspiscous. Have cleared cache/cookies/history etc... after your post, but the problem still occurs... :( I really think there is a problem with the website itself or the platform of the website, which is not the same as the forums. I only have troubles with gibson.com website. gibson001-2060603050.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com leads to Kentico which advertizes gibson.com on their website. So the URL / IP adress seems right... Still it does not work.
Megafrog
Have you scanned for malware or adware? Antivirus software usually doesn't catch that.
Mafy31
Have you scanned for malware or adware? Antivirus software usually doesn't catch that. Thank you for the support. After your post i did a new CCcleaner run and installed and analyzed with Spybot, nothing found. Gibson.com is the only website i can not reach. Beate
The problem still persists. The workaround works - again, even that did not work in the past.
