  1. King Crimson - Larks Tounges' In Aspic. Part II is on. The Crims is killing it. What a band Fripp, Wetton, Bruford, Cross and Muir. Fripp was like Zappa, if you you were in his band you were no average Joe.
  2. Fripp may have been older that 21 when he did Fracture with King Crimson (I believe it is on the album Starless And Bible Black) but many say it is one of the hardest songs to play. Fripp is one of those guys that if your ask him if he plays he would say "a little" then play circles around you in a 3 piece suit while all the time being an English Gentleman.
  3. Of that there is no doubt. But there is no way to measure best in music its subjective. That one guy thinks Taylor Swift is the best.
  4. When people say best many times it means favorite. Best is impossible to quantify.
  5. The guys hair on the keys is fabulous. George is killer. I only have Breezin.
  6. The Dead. You get em or you don't. Of the 14 times I've seen them I only remember one bad show.
  7. I like both Elvis's. Seen Costello three times. One time he opened for Dylan. Costello was all by himself. I'm to young, even at 53, to have seen Presley. He died two months before I turned 11. My parents saw him a few times in Reno.
  8. I remember a guy at one show with a big ballon saying " ice cold whippets".
  9. The Beatles, Dylan, and Elvis. Nothing needs to be said, Legends.
  10. I have several of their albums, but none of yours. Seen them once and Brian twice. Pet Sounds. What trash. That's called sarcasm. You and JVI are the biggest trolls on here. All you want to do is fight. Well bring it. Your just a faceless d-ouch. It's about time for him to come back and argue about some useless c-rap.
  11. No they suck. What did those guys ever do except make at least 5 of the absolute greatest albums ever( Rubber, Revolver, Pepper, The White Album and Abbey). The Beatles lead and everybody else followed. But I'm the only one on this forum who likes em. Go listen to Lover by TS and shut up.
  12. I've had heard it a time or 2. If I'm gonna listen to Zep, I'm going to listen to the real McCoy.
  13. I went to 14. Jerry solo once. Never dosed. At least not at a show.
  14. There is a reason we dump on you. You just don't get it.
  15. The Crowes had a good one it two. Then repeat.
  16. How would you like to be Bobby in that band. A young pretty boy surrounded by some of the ugliest guys on Earth. Jerry did H and lots of smack addicts don't shower cause they say it gives them a better high.
  17. I saw them only once in '07 or so with Kenny Wayne Shepard, and Ted "The Mouth" Nugent. KWS was good. Nuge doesn't shut up on stage, at least he played White Buffalo. ZZ were really good. They played Legs. I guess they had to.
  18. I think Angus said that. Those are the only 2 good songs on it. I never want to hear Shook Me All Night Long ever in my life again.
  19. That was why they heaped on the patchouli.
  20. After Zenyatta I lost interest in them. Synchronicity like Back In Black and 1984, people went ga ga over. I never understood why, they are awful albums.
  21. Ever been to a Dead show? Lots of stinky Dead Heads wreaking of Patchouli.
  22. A guitar played or owned by some famous does not make it more valuable to me. It may for a fan of the artist if you have the proof. The guitar is no more different than someone can buy, unless it's a one off custom. And if owned by let's say Taylor Swift, it would decrease in value for me. And if signed especially on top someone has to want to see the sig all tbe time. That's my take. Others may feel different.
  23. People think those guys just play punk and fake white reggae. All 3 are killer musicians. That stretch is hard. I have little girl hands.
