You will not regret it. I am not a fan of Martin's without natty tops. Shadetops as the Martin aficionados call them. As you can tell from my pic. The D-15M is a butt ugly guitar but sounds killer.

Got some new 180 (Coltrane, Rush and Todd) and 200 (King Crimson) gram vinyl. I got some listening to do. Todd is on purple vinyl.

She is better looking than Segovia. She good. I'm proud of myself when I can use 2 fingers on my picking hand. 3 and I fumble.

Segovia could make a classical guitar his be-i-itch. He rocked some killer power chords on Suite in D minor.

It is, but I have been told it looks gaudy. Nice to see another Beatles themed screen name. You should see, I think its Patriot Biker that has a D-41 Special. The back is absolutely jaw dropping.

One word -Nostalgia. One symbol - $ And I didn't even use my potty mouth on those. It certainly seems TPbill has almost one of every acoustic guitar on the planet. As you experts say it is a J-45 that is long scale. In your guys opinions, would that be a + or - ?

Here are mine. I've also owed. 2 other D-15's, a D-35, a D-28, another D-18 and a D-35. All went for some reason, not because they were hogs. The 28 and 35 went to fund the 41. One of the D-15's I gave to my stepson for a HS graduation present, and the other one I traded for a Am Std Tele. PM me if you want to ask any Martin questions off line. The only mod done to any of them is I took the stock tuners off the 000-28 and put on Grover open back tuners. All have open back tuners except the 12 string. The guitars from left to right are D-15M, J12-16GT, D-18, 000-28 and D-41. All standard models.

Wow. I used to play electric. I had a Fender Deville 60 watt 2x12, a Mesa TA-15 Head ran into a 1x12 cab with a Weber Speaker, a Fender Hot Rod Dlx and and Egnater Tweaker 40 watt combo. I always wanted an Vox AC30. The only amp I do own is a solid state B100 Acoustic amp for my Fender J bass. I hate it. The amp not the bass.

I like slimmer necks. Once you get a Martin it's a life long addiction. I liked the 60's neck on my Les Paul.
