zombywoof
Another one of those found in the back room of a music store guitars. Based on the f-holes I would guess Regal. Grand Concert (00) size body. Solid wood but not sure what it is. Probably birch. Interesting combination of f-holes, 14 fret to the body neck and slothead. Also the back braces are tucked underneath the kerfing. I just love this kind of stuff.
sparquelito
Somebody played the HECK out of that old guitar, up around the cowboy chords area of the fretboard. Great find!! :)

L5Larry
I wonder what cowboy chords they were grabbing up at the 4th, 5th, 6th frets?
zombywoof
I just dug up what I needed in my parts box to get the tuners back together so will string it up tomorrow and see where I stand. There is not a speck of finish left on the back of the fat V neck. Some India Ink will help get the board looking better.

zombywoof
I wonder what cowboy chords they were grabbing up at the 4th, 5th, 6th frets? If he was a finger picker his little finger might be spending time on the B and E string up that high.
ksdaddy
I had one something like that about 10-15 years ago....Del something Delvecchio, Del Rio... I don't recall. I figured it was some breed of Chicago guitar.

I figured it was some breed of Chicago guitar. Definitely made by one of the Chicago jobbers. But what company made it and the moniker that one adorned the headstock may be two very different things. flatbaroque
I'd like to hear that when it's back in shape. It may be one of Seasick Steve's old guitars..he favors playing with three strings .
