01GT eibach
You have a beautiful SG -- I like what you have done. Purely for aesthetics, my '79 SG Standard has a Gibson maestro tremolo plate, and a chrome "Rhythm"/"Treble" plate with a bronze-metal switch knob.
merciful-evans
Nice looking SG. I'm wondering what it looked like before though. I always preferred the cherry finish, but I am swayed to your natural one right now. 👌
Eades
I do like the tusq nut replacement
Strong Heavy
Yes the TUSQ XL adjustable nut is fine and the cream finish is great, better than brass or titanium. The KLUSON Revolution tuners are fantastic, they are light weight (perfect on the Gibson SG), nice vintage design, 1:19 high ratio, smooth tuning keys and ultra stable. merciful-evans
I kept the G-Force on my 2015 LP for 3 years. I quite liked them but eventually replaced them with Grovers. I've not felt any need to replace the titanium nut though. I was considering putting some pickup covers on because they would look nicer than the zebras. Never bothered in the end. Eades
It's mainly a cosmetic thing regarding the nut
Marky Forrest
Nice mods. Been considering removing my Robo tuners myself. When I do, I'll go for the Klusons. Good recommendation, thanks.

A locking version is available too but not necessary imho.
