PeteMarko
I just purchased a new Epiphone Casino Coupe , the dealer was not able to supply me with a hard case. I have searched and cannot find a suitable case for this instrument. I live in Australia so ideally would like to buy one here. I have seen it said online that a 339 case will fit, others say it won't fit properly, if I'm going to buy a case I need one that fits properly. Any suggestions welcome Thanks Pete
Yorgle
What about a Wildkat case? I think the Coupe is about the same size as a Wildkat. My Wildkat measures 13.75” at the lower bout, 10.25” at the upper bout, and the body of the guitar is 17.75” long. Total length from strap button to top of the headstock is just shy of 40”. PeteMarko
Thank you for the information, I will take some measurements and also do some research and see what I come up with.
pohatu771
Epiphone's own product page says to use their 940-E339 case (or EpiLite 940-E339HG hardwire gig bag). Anyone who says this won't fit in a 339-size case is wrong - like the Amazon customer answer that doesn't seem to know that Casino Coupe is a smaller model. darling67
I'd have thought an ES-339 case would work for the Casino Coupe. Pretty much the same size, body, length....
PeteMarko
I hope so I have ordered one, as soon it's here and I can confirm it fits I will report back.
mihcmac
The Epiphone Casino Coupe is a slightly reworked 339 P90 Pro... The main differences are the Dog Ear P90's, tuners, hardware finishes and Traditional Casino style Trapeze Tailpiece where the 339 uses a StopBar.. Ohh, one very important difference I forgot to mention is the Casino Coupe is a hollowbody where the 339 is a semi-hollowbody.

Barnett
Sir, I was scrolling around like Pete to trying to get info to find a case for my 2018 Casino Coupe I just got and found your advice and comments. And a picture too. Thanks for posting this. Now I know where to find protection for my Coupe. BTW I was wondering if I saw a silver tremalo and black dog-ear pick up covers and knobs on your Coupe. I would love to know if these were mods or if they are original. My Coupe's hardware is worn, looks like it was gold, and the trapeze piece is slightly bent. I already took off the white pick guard and was thinking about trying to find black replacements for the hardware, as mine is also the "natural" color. The black against the buttery looking "natural" looks really great. Would you be willing to divulge some info on your beautiful Coupe? ---- Barnett

My ES-339 came with humbucking pickups but I wanted P-90's so I installed humbuckng sized "Mean 90's from Guitar Fetish". I also installed a Duesenberg Les Trem II Tremolo. Also in 2020 Epiphone introduced the "Inspired by Gibson line" (Epiphones that are patterned after Gibson models) that all come with the new style Gibson'ish headstock.
