J-15
Found this "Custom Shop Gibson Koa" on craigslist. Just wondering if it's genuine because the seller doesn't show any photos of the headstock at all. Thanks! https://philadelphia.craigslist.org/msg/d/washington-gibson-custom-shop-koa-guitar/7244792618.html

Who knows. How hard is it to fake a label. More pics and the TRC off would help a bit more. Edited December 10, 2020 by Sgt. Pepper
kidblast
There is no way to know with those crappy pictures. It does have what would be the period correct "barn" door electronics, but that, and a buck, still wont buy you a coffee at startbucks I'd ask for better more detailed pics, or,,,,, just click the next auction. 62burst
Seems real enough. Have a look at some 2008 Songwriter Deluxe EC Koa models. Some have really nice looking Koa wood selection. And lower $, too.
cunningham26
yea looks fine to me- if you're gonna try to make a buck copying gibsons, you're not gonna pick a songwriter to copy!
dhanners623
I'd pass just because the seller can't be bothered to use punctuation in his description.
