Need advice on which LP for metal...

I saw Sabbath a few years ago at Jones Beach, NY along with Priest and Slayer...

Tony still rips $hit up with his SG (don't think it's a Gibson, though).

Thanks for all the advice, folks. I've pretty much got it narrowed down to two. As budget IS an issue, I've been looking at the Flying V that DeVinci13 posted( thanks), or maybe an Explorer Gothic II w/ EMG 81/85 combo. I wish I could A/B them, but alas...no new Gibsons within a few hundred miles..

 

Now that I think about it, I am off 5 days in a row next week. I think I'll drive to Dallas or Houston and do an A/B with them before I decide.

ahh the guilty pleasure guitar a voodoo hot overwound double slug 496R/500T and a JuJu swamp ash body. thank god for the BFG now this isn't the uggliest LP ever has a muddy heavy sound that rocks southern rock/blues and even whimpy metal like it was made for it
