I really loved the Masterbuilt strings. I have a dwindling supply of the even older versions in the black and orange box, made by Gibson itself in Elgin, IL (instead of made for them).  When they're gone, I'm gonna have to start another one of those "what kind of strings?" threads!

The one's in that picture were made by GHS.

I've been using GHS strings since those were discontinued.

Now the Vintage bronze.

The strings I really miss are the Cleartone Copper Bronze Red Brand.   Cleartone still uses the low E in their hybrid strings.
