Happy Birthday Randy Rhoads 1956-1982

Today is a time for celebration and not mourning; the late Randy Rhoads would have been 53 today. Despite only four studio albums; two with Quiet Riot and two with Ozzy Osbourne he inspired a lot of people to play guitar, (including myself) as well as inspiring people in non music related occupations with his diligence.

A Tribute to Randy Rhoads-'You Can't Kill Rock n' Roll'- (thank you Mike 541 for this)

Here is Randy playing the Sabbath track Children Of The Grave; the irony here was that he did not like any of Ozzy's work with Sabbath yet did it so damn well!

For those unfamiliar with Randy, here is a biography to read

Here is my own arrangement/variation of the Ozzy song Diary Of A Madman for guitar quartet, called 'Diary Fantasy'. God bless you Randyxx

I think it's bad luck to wish dead guys Happy Birthday.

I don't remember why......

I just heard Obi Wan saying in my mind "in my experience there is no such thing as luck" LOL. Imagine Han Solo saying the Murphism back to Obi wan "you still speak funny...just saying" LMAO

Cheers to you Murph

Matt
