Thundergod
Looks great and sounds interesting, I hope my dealer gets the AC15 version so I can get one... I'm really adicted to VOX stuff right now. They make the best stuff (that is not boutique) IMO. I just hope they don't stop making the standard/normal AC15 and AC30. swleary
I don't think they will get rid of the normal Ac15 or Ac30...those are their classics which keep selling quite well. They just dropped the price on the normal Ac15 at MF , think it's $599.99 now. That's the one I've been really considering. I just saw one on kijiji for $500 CDN and in mint condition. Anyways getting off topic. The new vox stuff is really getting to be exciting to me. I like how they are really trying to get new stuff out there and with minimal problems

Dub-T-123
Im new to Vox but I'm becoming a fanboy. My new ac30 rocks. I really prefer the ac30 over the ac15. Both are sweet though. I'm really loving the new Vox. My bandmates are too. Kindof a mini thread hijacking... Sorry.. Does anyone know how to find out the year of production from Vox serial numbers? I don't really care much I'm just kindof curious to know how old my amp is.
swleary
You're looking at Vox now? Man' date=' you're all over the place. [/quote'] Ok Tim since you really don't like Vox, I'll take your Ac15 off of your hands if just doesn't make you happy anymore lol
Tim Plains
TG, I how many Vox's do I need exactly? Two aren't enough? swleary, I've actually thought about selling my AC15 but don't know if I actually could 'cause they're great sounding amps. I want another tube amp but don't need another one. I figure I'm at/near the point where I should give one up to get another one.
swleary
Oh I hear ya, I think the Ac15 would be a hard thing to sell. More buyers than sellers right now. They are a great .

Tim Plains
^ that's pretty cheap compared to an AC30. I wonder how it would sound side-by-side?
swleary
That's exactly what I was thinking . Hopefully they compare in tone
