TWANG
solid mahog. set neck. bridge humbuck.. overwound a bit if I recall. I don't see anything wrong with it. Nice economical guitar, probably sounds very good. kill switch instead of toggle? Not for me, but hey.. might be fun. could change that, too, if it's four cond. wiring. bloozeguy
Saw one of these and was fairly impressed, though I didn't get to play it. Anyone know what the scale and nut width might be? Might be tempted to follow up if it isn't scaled too small, like for the tender hands of a sweet young lady. Or even Joan Jett.
duane v
I've played one, and they are rather nice guitars, but just like the Gibbys that are priced under $1000, they need additional fret dressing and set up. After that, they're smokin guitars.
larkin38
I keep saying this. That isn`t her guitar. This is the one she had been playing since the 70`s. Before she put all those stickers on it and f`d it up. One reason to buy what they call her signature model is the pick up. I had a Melody Maker with original pick up and the sound is terrible. You need a humbucker on it.
AyushPresley
Well yeah I have seen her play that guitar rather than the one on the pic I posted but, nevertheless It's called a Joan Jett Signature and was freaking cheap...thought I'd get one just to have a go at it.. You need a humbucker on it. Look at her now ....she stands next to Les paul and she's all nice in the eyes and is 'honored' to have a signature guitar. I liked the pissed off Joan Jett....like right here.
TWANG
I like boobs though. just saying. TWANG I'd have dumped the guard.. and used rear control plate. but it's still a cool guitar.

Either way its based of the way the guitar is set up in the second picture.
